ATHENS, Ga. --- Georgia’s football team returned to work on Saturday morning, but had its practice cut short by a thunderstorm rolling through Athens.

The Bulldogs started their fourth spring practice of the year at Sanford Stadium as the team hosted its annual spring Junior Day for future prospects. But 30 minutes into warm-ups, rain, along with thunder and lightening, forced the practice to be cancelled.

The 2011 season will mark the second campaign that redshirt sophomore Aaron Murray will direct the offense at quarterback. The Tampa, Fla., native earned Freshman All-America honors after finished the 2010 season with 3,049 passing yards, which ranks second in Southeastern Conference history for freshman quarterbacks, and 24 touchdown passes.
